We welcome your pet in our vacation home. These are our requirements for your pets’ stay:

• You are allowed 2 pets; more pets considered on an individual basis. Please contact us to let us know how many pet you are intending to bring.
• If bringing a dog, your dog is required to be over 1 year of age. No puppies. Your dog must be housebroken.
• If bringing cats your cats must be spayed or neutered. No intact cats will be allowed. Cats must be litterbox trained.
• We welcome all sizes and breeds of dogs.
• Our yard is fenced in for you and your dog’s enjoyment. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times outside of the fenced area. We are located in a quiet residential area which is very pleasant for dog walking. There are many other dogs in the neighborhood so please keep that in mind and use your leash when outside the property.
• Required shots for dogs: Distemper-Parvo, Rabies and Canine influenza (H3N8 and H3N2 or Bivalent)
• Required shots for cats: Distemper and Rabies
